Today my therapist ghosted me, my pantry is empty and cooler is dry, unpaid bills doubled from last month with no way to pay for it and get food; or really either at all. my bank is almost triple digit negative and I’m completely burnt out after moving all our things to the state we’re living now. I have some old electronics I will get together to sell but this whole week all I’ve been able to do is unpack and rest. Case manager appointment tomorrow to help me with more resources. Feeling completely beat down rn I don’t know how I’ve done all this with the insomnia I been having. I had to steal rice and oatmeal to get us through the week.
